Innovation has long been one of the cornerstones of our culture at New Creations. We’re constantly looking for ways to transform the industry: new materials we can repair; new techniques we can learn; new problems we can solve. But how does that help you?

Our History and the Nature of Restorations
When you think of a restorations company, you may not think of we belong to an industry that needs to be “cutting edge,” per se. Why would we constantly need to find ways to innovate? If something breaks, we fix it. That’s it, right?
To some, that’s as complicated as it needs to be. That’s fine, of course, but the truth isn’t so simple!
The truth is, nearly anything you own can break or become damaged. Imagine this: you’ve recently purchased your first house. You got a good deal on it, but it’s still a bit of a fixer-upper, even though everything in need of repair is fairly minor. The granite countertops in the kitchen are chipped on the corners and stains mar the surface. The bathroom cabinets are faded. The hardwood flooring is scuffed and scratched near the front door. The vinyl siding on the exterior of the house has some dings.
Moreover, you’ve been working so hard saving up for your new home that some of your personal possessions are looking a little worse for wear, too. Maybe your leather sofa and armchair have worn patches. There’s pet hair and gashes in the seats of your car. The little statuette your grandmother gave you is chipped and peeling. Obviously, you can’t simply replace your furniture, car, and heirlooms but, nonetheless, it can be hard to stay on top of getting everything repaired when life keeps you so busy.
All the repairs you need are quite minor, but because so many different things are damaged, it seems at a glance like you’ll need to call in a bunch of different specialists from a bunch of different companies in order to get everything looking nice again. What’s the solution to keep this process as simple, quick, and inexpensive as possible?
History
Since we were founded in the late 1980’s, New Creations has been innovating in ways that allow us up to be a one-stop shop for any and all restoration needs. And it hasn’t been easy getting to this point! For over 30 years, New Creations has strived and struggled to adapt when technology evolves seemingly at the speed of sound. We began in 1988 doing exclusively vinyl and plastic repair. Through the 90’s, we introduced leather and fabric repair. In the 2000’s, we adapted once more, innovating new techniques and tools for repairing paint scratches and wood damage. In the last decade, we made improvements to our wood restoration techniques, as well as introducing the stone restoration and more.
It’s deeply ingrained in our culture to innovate, and we’ll continue to do so to serve you better! So, next time you need a few different things restored all at once, we can help you with that. Here’s a list of things that we can help you restore:
- Furniture
- Floors
